The Foundation for the Study of Thromboembolic Disease (FUENTE) is the RESPONSIBLE PARTY for the processing of the personal data of the Users and informs them that these data will be handled in accordance with that set out in the current legislation on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law (Spain) 3/2018, of 5 December ((LOPDGDD)); for this reason,  the following information on its processing is provided:

Aim of processing: to maintain a business relationship and send communications about our products and services.

Criteria for retention of data: they will be retained while a mutual interest exists to maintain the aim of processing, and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose they will be deleted using adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.
Communication of the data: Data will not be communicated to third parties, except as a legal obligation.

Rights that assist the User:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and the limitation or opposition to their treatment.
• Right to file a claim with the control authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if it considers that the treatment does not comply with current regulations
